European American Armory brings European handguns and shotguns right here to the States. EAA has recently made inroads into the double-stack 1911 market with their Girsan 2311 Witness lineup.
This year, EAA has rolled out the carry-friendly compact Girsan 2311 Brat and the multi-caliber 2311 Influencer X. New to the catalog is the Girsan 2311 Match.
The Girsan 2311 Match, imported by European American Armory from Turkey, is a full-size 9mm double-stack pistol. It features a tungsten Cerakoted slide with forward and rearward cocking serrations, a drift-adjustable front sight, and an adjustable rear sight that supports RMS/RMSc optics. The single-action hammer-fired pistol has a steel subframe with a polymer grip frame, extended beavertail, grip safety, and a flared magazine well for added comfort and control.
Its aluminum flat-faced trigger is adjustable up to 4.5 lbs, and it includes an ambidextrous thumb safety, ideal for both left- and right-handed users. With a 5-inch bull barrel and full-length guide rod, the 2311 Match is designed for accuracy and durability.
For additional recoil management, the Match X variant includes lightning cuts and a single-port compensator. Both models ship with a hard case, a 20-round, and a 17-round magazine. The base model is priced at $989, while the Match X model costs $1,069.
