Ruger, in collaboration with Magpul Industries, has introduced the Ruger RXM. This versatile pistol features a removable stainless steel Fire Control Insert (FCI), an interchangeable Magpul Enhanced Handgun Grip (EHG), and is fully compatible with Glock Gen 3 parts, magazines, and holsters.
The New Ruger RXM
The Ruger RXM is Ruger’s take on a customizable, optics-ready polymer-framed 9mm handgun, while Magpul enhances the design with exceptional Gen. 3 Glock compatibility and aftermarket support such as parts, accessories, and holsters.
The RXM features a stealth gray Magpul EHG frame with 3/4 scale TSP texturing along the grip, front strap, and backstrap. It includes a universal-pattern accessory rail for a weapon light and an enlarged, reversible magazine release.
The grip is compatible with Glock double-stack 9mm magazines, including the two Magpul GL9 10 or 15-round magazines that ship with the pistol. The EHG frame improves upon standard Glock ergonomics with a relieved trigger guard and beavertail, allowing a higher grip and improved recoil management.

Like the Sig P320 and Springfield Echelon, the RXM is modular, with a serialized fire control group that can be removed for maintenance or swapping grip modules. The slide is black-nitrated with forward and rearward cocking serrations and high-profile tritium night sights that co-witness with RMR, Delta Point Pro, or RMSc optics. These optics can be directly mounted to the slide, eliminating the need for adapter plates.
The new Ruger RXM is available as a standard and California-compliant model and has an MSRP of $499.
