The Walther Performance Duty Pistol (PDP) has proven to be a highly popular handgun since its initial release in 2021. The original model is available in full-size and compact sizes, and additional variants have been added to the PDP family in short order.
These include the F-Series designed for female shooters, the Pro Series, with a threaded barrel and large magazine well, and the recently introduced PDP Match Steel Frame model designed for competition shooting with a heavier weight to tame recoil and assist with faster follow-up shots.
And now, following on the heels of the PDP Steel Frame Match launch, Walther Arms has added two more Steel Frame PDP models to cater to duty and carry needs: Full Size and Compact.
“Adding the PDP Steel Frame to our offerings, in full size and compact, allows us to continue to revolutionize what our consumers want and need,” said Jens Krogh, vice president of marketing and product development for Walther Arms, Inc. “The versatile features combined with the steel frame, makes this an unparalleled performance-enhancing powerhouse.”
Both models are optics-ready and feature the Dynamic Performance Trigger, Performance Duty Texture, an enhanced magwell, and a wrap-around grip panel.
